Inspected and repaired advanced state of the art electrical,
electronic and mechanical equipment used in the National Airspace System (NAS), which is the common
network of U.S. airspace; air navigation facilities, equipment and services, airports or landing
areas. Systems included Precision Approach Landing Systems (guide aircraft to the runway in bad
weather) Airport Surveillance Radar, Approach Lighting Systems, Communications Systems.

Project Manager as needed from 1984 to 1992 on
construction projects within the FAA. Made reports, documented contractor work and enforced
compliance with contracts. Performed Joint Acceptance Inspections of projects on their completion
and insured that exceptions to work performed were corrected. Wrote specifications for contracts to
be bid upon. Provided documentation and updated blueprints for jobs as they progressed.

Developed and implemented scheduled preventative maintenance plans and
procedures for Buildings, Structures and Grounds. Responsible for 25+ individual buildings and
structures. These ranged from complex electrical-mechanical air-route traffic control centers with
state of the art equipment, to air traffic control towers and base buildings. Installed and
interfaced with computers remote maintenance monitoring capabilities for buildings that were located
in very remote locations such as mountain tops and isolated desert areas.

Facilitated many meetings and discussions to achieve an agreed upon agenda. I
am a trained facilitator and was in a pool of available facilitators that were a resource for
meetings that required a resolution. Once my skills as a facilitator were demonstrated, I was called
upon very often to resolve agendas.

Represented employees of 4 separate units in bargaining sessions and day to day
activities. Representative for the Professional Airways Systems Specialists (PASS) for the Phoenix
Airways Facilities Sector.

Participated in OSHA inspections of the work environment and insured compliance
with published directives.

Specialist from 1992 to 1994. Provided individual help in electronic and engineering questions,
coordinated advanced education for employees and monitored progress.
